The museum spaces are open to students, faculty, staff, and the public.
The Mary Alice Gallery in Morrill Hall 1015 features rotating exhibitions curated by student-faculty collaborations. This gallery is open year-round during Morrill Hall building hours, typically Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm. The LeBaron Gallery is located outside the 1009 LeBaron Hall Conference Room and features rotating exhibitions curated by student-faculty collaborations. This gallery is open year-round during LeBaron Hall building hours, typically Monday through Sunday from 6am to 11pm. The Donna Gallery is located inside the Danielson Conservation Laboratory in 0017 Morrill Hall. Visitors can view the Donna gallery from the Peterson Gallery on the lower-level Morrill Hall 003 hallway. The gallery objects are mounted inside the conservation laboratory and are visible through four large windows. This space is open year-round during Morrill Hall building hours, typically Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm. The Danielson Conservation Laboratory and Waldee Storage Facility. These facilities are located in Morrill Hall 0017. They are available for tours by appointment during the academic year when class is in session from August 15 until May 15. Request a tour here. They are also available to anyone during open collections hours during the academic year. The hours are found here.
The Textiles and Clothing Museum Social Justice Research Center. The center is located in 2078 LeBaron. It is available for tours by appointment during the academic year when class is in session from August 15 until May 15. Request a tour here.
Directions
Parking: Free uncovered parking is available at the designated (A3, A4, B4, B5, B6, C5, C6) commuter parking lots next to the Iowa State Transit Hub just south of C.Y. Stephens Auditorium. Visitors then take the free CyRide Orange 23 to the Parks Library stop next to Morrill Hall.
Paid covered parking is available at the Memorial Union parking ramp located at 2229 Lincoln Way, Ames, IA 50011. Instructions for how to pay are here.
