Accomplishments
One of my proudest moments/greatest accomplishments was hearing from several clients how great their events were and how appreciative they were of all our work. It is always a great feeling to know your hard work has paid off and you have satisfied a client.
Learning experience
My greatest lessons learned during the internship experience was learning more about the behind the scenes of what goes into planning an event and communicating with clients, vendors, and caterers when something goes wrong or is needed from me.
What advice would you give?
Finding a job best for you is a process. You may not get hired into your dream job right away and that's okay! Its important to remember not to get yourself down because some of the best opportunities and experiences may come from a place you never would have imagined working.
