Accomplishments
I think my greatest accomplishment from my experience so far would be the fact that I am trusted enough by my supervisors with the ability to enter The Chateau on my own and prep the building before other interns or my bosses even get there. I am very proud that I made such a good impression on them by working hard and doing what they ask of me that they can trust me with a key to the building.
What advice would you give?
Take all the opportunities that you can to meet new people and grow your network. Be open to the chance that new jobs may pop-up at the most unexpected of times. Don't be afraid to try new things in new sections of event management because you may just find something you like. By taking these opportunities, you will be able to build you network of people and find new connections. You will realize how small the world is the more people you meet. The people you know will also be able to help you in the future when you go to look for a job after college. It's not about what you know, but who you know.
