Responsibilities
-Be a point of contact on game days for Premium and Hospitality services staff and guests. -Assist full time Premium and Hospitality Services staff with duties -Have a high level of customer service to premium ticket holders. -Assist with Cyclone Club operations -Supervise premium game day operations.
Accomplishments
My biggest accomplishment from my experience was just all the praise that I have received from my supervisor, Mollie, and all the customer's that I have worked for. It really means a lot that all my hard work has paid off and that I have made so many people happy and proud of me!
What advice would you give?
My advice to future students is to apply for anything, no matter how intimidating it may be. When I first saw the job description for my internship I did not think in a million years I would ever actually get the position. I worked really hard on my cover letter and practiced for my interview countless times. Now, it was the best choice I have made so far during my college experience. I love it so much and look forward to working here until I graduate from Iowa State University next fall!
