Susan Arendt named a program reviewer by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics:
Susan W, Arent, a professor in apparel, events, and hospitality management, has been named a program reviewer by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics. ACEND® is the accrediting agency for the Academy of Nutrition. The designation recognizes Arendt as an expert in dietetics education and practice. As a reviewer, Arendt will visit and evaluate college and university programs that prepare students for careers as registered dietitian nutritionists and registered nutrition and dietetic technicians — and make recommendations on accreditation to the ACEND® board.
