SoJung Lee receives funding for research with the Club Managers Association of America

SoJung Lee, an assistant professor in apparel, events, and hospitality management, is awarded $2,500 from The Club Foundation to continue research focused on understanding the role of club members’ perceived value and psychological ownership to build membership satisfaction and loyalty. Using the concept of psychological ownership toward the club, Lee will measure club members’ behaviors, which will assist clubs in better retaining and creating loyal members in the club industry. Lee is the first faculty member to receive two awards from The Club foundation after previously receiving an award in 2016 as well.
