RSVP by noon on Friday to attend reception prior to Ruth E. Carter Lecture: RSVP by noon on Friday, Oct. 5 to gain admittance to a pre-lecture reception in the Celebrity Cafe at C.Y. Stephens. Hollywood costume designer Carter’s public lecture begins in Scheman Auditorium at 7 p.m. Only those who have responded by noon on October 5 to chsalum@iastate.edu will be admitted to the reception, which runs from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.
