Prepare to show your gratitude during Graduate Student Appreciation Week, April 9-13: Valuing graduate and professional students is a vital part of the Iowa State University culture throughout the year, but extra attention is paid during National Graduate Student Appreciation Week. Throughout the week, Iowa State will highlight the university’s diverse population of students who are pursuing advanced degrees, and celebrate the contributions they make on campus and beyond. You can show your gratitude by: circulating the flyer, making extra efforts to engage with graduate students, personally thanking the graduate students around you, and encouraging students to participate in the week’s activities. Faculty members can also help by participating in the ‘connection’ even on April 10. (See flyer.)
