Midterm grades due March 8
February 26, 2019Midterm grades must be submitted by 2:15 p.m. March 8. Only the instructor of record can submit grades. Midterm grades are not reported for graduate students and auditing students. Grades can be submitted directly to AccessPlus or via Canvas, using the ISU AdminTools > Submit Grades feature inside your course. If using Canvas, go to Settings > Course Details tab > view grading scheme and verify that it is calculating grades as per the breakpoints stated in your syllabus. You may need to adjust the Canvas scheme. Total grades are not rounded and the ranges are continuous. Example: If F equals 0 percent up to 60 percent, and D- is from 60 percent up to 63 percent, then a student with a total of 59.9 percent will receive an F. You may need to make temporary changes in your grade book to have the Total count only specific columns for midterm grade calculation. Remember to enter a score of zero on missed assignments, otherwise the Total calculations will be incorrect. Contact Karla for help.
