Iowa State students, faculty attend National Society of Minorities in Hospitality conference: Five Iowa State University students in hospitality management — Dami Olugbemisola Olukoya, Calvary Tutson, Tai Le, Alanis Morales-Cuadrado, and Carmina Lopez — joined Eulanda Sanders, professor and chair of apparel, events, and hospitality management, in attending the 29th annual National Society of Minorities in Hospitality conference, Feb. 15 to 18 in Chicago. NSMH is the premier professional organization for hospitality students, with a membership of more than 1,000. The organization promotes the recruitment, retention, support, and advancement of minority students in the hospitality industry.
